CRS releases product enhancements, fixes, and improvements on a regular bi-weekly schedule.
Our goal is to provide clients with predictable delivery windows, clear communication, and stable, well‑tested updates.
Each release cycle includes:
- Wednesday: Release Notes shared with all affected clients
- Thursday evening: Production Deployment
- Friday: Post‑release monitoring and validation
Only clients impacted by changes requiring review or confirmation will be contacted ahead of time.

Any adjustments will be communicated in advance.
What Clients Can Expect Each Release Week
Wednesday – Release Notes
You will receive:
- A summary of new features
- Changes or improvements
- Any actions required from your team (only when applicable)
Thursday Evening – Deployment
- Release deployed to production during the standard maintenance window
- Critical CRS team members will be on standby
- Select clients may be asked to be available if specific validation is required
Friday – Monitoring
CRS performs comprehensive system monitoring to ensure:
- Stability
- Performance
- Successful operation of key payroll, reporting, and integration functions
If any issues are detected affecting your environment, we will notify you proactively.
Your Role
Most releases require no action from clients.
However, if a release includes changes that affect:
- Your payroll processing,
- Custom integrations,
- Specific compliance rules, or
- Client‑side validations,
then CRS will inform you ahead of time and provide guidance.
